How to stay skinny in Korea

1) Sign-up to eat school lunch.  It is never very good so you will be able to stomach only a few bites of rice and some soup broth.

2) Continually put off grocery shopping.  After a lunch like that who wants to come home to cupboards stocked full of edible food?

3) Work in a school where heaters are to be turned off after 11am.  I shiver off the few calories I do eat.  Extra workout when trying to turn pages of books while teaching students with gloves on.

4) Partake in lunch time ping-pong happenings in the gym with other teachers between classes or after lunch.

Follow these easy steps and you will look skinny and emaciated as you’ve always dreamed.
